The sale of the CCS segment is expected to close in the first half of 2026, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals, providing Commscope with excess cash that will be distributed to shareholders as dividends within 60 to 90 days post-transaction closing.
In its second-quarter earnings report, Commscope Holding Company Inc. (NASDAQ:COMM) displayed mixed results, with net income dropping 48 percent to $14.7 million and net sales increasing by 31.8 percent to $1.39 billion year-on-year.
