In early trading, UnitedHealth Group leads the Dow Jones Industrial Average with a 3.6% increase, while Chevron is the worst performer, down 0.8%. Year-to-date, UnitedHealth Group has gained 1.4% and Chevron has a 5.1% increase. Additionally, Intel is down 0.7% and IBM is up 1.6% on the day.
