Contract logistics provider GXO Logistics exceeded analysts’ expectations in Q2, reporting adjusted EPS of 57 cents, up 2 cents from last year. Adjusted EBITDA was $212 million, a 13% increase. Consolidated revenue was $3.3 billion, 16% higher y/y, driven by recent acquisitions. The company secured $307 million in new deals, exceeding $500 million YTD.

CEO Malcolm Wilson announced an increase in full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance to $865 million to $885 million. CFO Baris Oran is leaving the company, but will stay until a successor is named. Supply chain veteran Patrick Kelleher will succeed Wilson as CEO. Shares of GXO rose 1.1% in after-hours trading.

GXO will host a conference call on Wednesday to discuss Q2 results.
