Givaudan CEO Gilles Andrier is retiring after 20 years, stepping down in March 2026. Christian Stammkoetter will succeed him. Under Andrier, the company’s employees grew from 5,900 to 16,900, and sales nearly tripled to 7.4 billion Swiss francs. More than 20 acquisitions were completed during his tenure.
Chairman Calvin Grieder will also step down in March. Andrier will be proposed to succeed him. Grieder thanked Andrier for his contribution, citing industry-leading performance. Stammkoetter looks forward to building on Andrier’s legacy, driving growth and innovation with the company’s teams, customers, and partners worldwide.
