Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. successfully completed the issuance of 85 million long-term bond certificates in Mexico, raising Ps. 8.5 billion. The two tranches were oversubscribed by 1.98 times the announced amount. The bond certificates were issued with favorable terms and obtained the highest credit ratings in Mexico. The proceeds will be used for capital investments and to repay a Ps. 1.5 billion loan with Banco Santander, S.A. Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico operates 12 airports in Mexico and has interests in airport operations in Jamaica. They have implemented a whistleblower program for reporting suspected criminal activities.
