Hydro One Ltd. President and CEO, David Lebeter, will take a temporary leave starting August 25, 2025, to care for a family member. In his absence, Harry Taylor has been appointed as Interim President and CEO while also serving as EVP, Chief Financial and Regulatory Officer. Taylor, who joined in 2024, has a strong track record of driving growth and financial strength in various top-tier organizations. Michael Rencheck has also been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors effective August 14, 2025, following an extensive search.
