Metsera Inc. (NASDAQ:MTSR) is a top IPO stock according to Wall Street analysts. BofA raised its price target on Metsera to $45 from $38 after the firm announced positive clinical data on its amylin agonist, MET-233i.

Metsera reported Q2 2025 financial results, with cash reserves of $530.9 million as of June 30. The company’s Phase 1 data for MET-233i, a monthly amylin analog, was positive.

Metsera has MET-097i, a monthly GLP-1 receptor agonist, with Phase 3 trials starting soon. The company’s oral peptide platform, including MET-097o and MET-224o, is expected to present data later this year.
