MHA has completed the acquisition of Baker Tilly South-East Europe Holdings (BTSEE), expanding its services across Cyprus, Greece, and South-East Europe. The agreement, announced in May 2025, aligns with MHA’s strategy to grow internationally. The acquisition includes a €20m ($23.2m) equity value, paid partially in cash and shares.
MHA sees BTSEE as a strategic addition, citing financial strength, growth potential, and service alignment. The deal involves paying vendors 90% of the equity value, with the remaining 10% to be settled later. Consideration shares are valued at approximately €17.1m based on MHA’s share price.
BTSEE CEO Marios Klitou praises the partnership with MHA, highlighting shared values and growth prospects. The acquisition aims to benefit clients and employees in South East Europe. Both firms look forward to success and growth together in the future.
