The company’s enterprise security business is boosted by verticals like healthcare, critical infrastructure, and education. To address tariffs, Motorola is implementing cost controls and adjusting its supply chain.

Motorola offers radio communication equipment, 911 emergency call handling software, body cameras for law enforcement, video surveillance, and data analytics tools for public safety. The company plans to introduce AI labels on safety and security products to enhance transparency around AI use. Motorola recently acquired Silvus Technologies for $4.4 billion to strengthen its market position.

Motorola forecasts fiscal 2025 revenue growth of 7.7% to $11.65 billion, including revenue related to Silvus, higher than the previous projection of 5.5% growth. Second-quarter revenue was $2.77 billion, exceeding estimates. Adjusted quarterly profit was $3.75 per share, up from $3.24 a year ago. Analysts expect revenue to reach $11.41 billion.
