Northrim BanCorp, Inc. has approved a 4-for-1 forward stock split of its common stock to enhance liquidity and accessibility for retail investors. The split will result in approximately 22.0 million shares outstanding, up from 5.5 million. Proportional adjustments will be made to stock options and awards.
