NVIDIA reported revenue for Q2 FY26 of $46.7 billion, up 6% from the previous quarter and 56% from a year ago, with Blackwell Data Center revenue growing 17% sequentially. H20 sales to China-based customers were zero, benefiting from a $180 million release and $650 million in unrestricted sales outside of China.
GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins for the quarter were 72.4% and 72.7%, respectively. GAAP and non-GAAP earnings per diluted share were $1.08 and $1.05, respectively, with non-GAAP EPS at $1.04 excluding the release.
NVIDIA returned $24.3 billion to shareholders in the first half of FY26 and approved an additional $60.0 billion for share repurchase. The company will pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share on October 2, 2025.
The outlook for Q3 FY26 predicts a revenue of $54.0 billion, with GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins at 73.3% and 73.5%. Operating expenses are expected to be around $5.9 billion and $4.2 billion, respectively.
NVIDIA’s progress in Q2 FY26 includes growth in Data Center revenue, the launch of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060, and industry-leading DLSS 4 technology. The company also announced partnerships with Novo Nordisk, Siemens, and OpenAI for advancements in AI and robotics.
