Nvidia is expected to exceed Wall Street’s expectations once more, driven by strong demand for AI and its Blackwell architecture. With a revenue forecast of $48 billion for Q2 and growth projected through 2026, the Data Center segment is the primary growth engine, positioning Nvidia as a leader in AI infrastructure.

Cantor Fitzgerald analyst C.J. Muse has raised Nvidia’s price forecast to $240, citing the company’s Blackwell-driven Data Center expansion and the rapid growth of AI investments. He maintains an Overweight rating on the stock, predicting revenue to surpass consensus estimates through 2026.

Muse anticipates Nvidia to report strong results for Q2 and raise forecasts on August 27, with projected revenue of $48 billion and EPS of $1.06. Data Center sales are expected to drive $42.9 billion in revenue alone, with estimates for $55 billion in revenue and $1.25 EPS for the October quarter.

Looking ahead, Muse forecasts Nvidia’s Data Center revenue to reach $200 billion in 2025 and $300 billion in 2026, with earnings projected at $4.85 per share in 2025 and $8.00 in 2026. He highlights accelerating hyperscaler capital expenditures and increasing enterprise adoption as key growth drivers.

Despite challenges in China, Muse believes that Nvidia’s gross margins could reach the mid-70% range by late 2025 due to product mix shifts and efficiency gains. He also emphasizes that Nvidia’s future roadmap, including the Rubin platform, strengthens its position in AI infrastructure leadership.
