The company will be structured into studios, direct-to-consumer, and TV media segments post-merger. Robbins, who joined in 2017, led Paramount Pictures to 17 number one releases. Ellison will lead the new company as CEO. McCarthy departed last month. Cheeks stays on as chair of media.
