Marten Transport CEO Tim Kohl will retire at the end of September, with Randy Marten stepping back into the CEO role on Oct. 1. Kohl has been with the company since 1974 and served as CEO from 2005 to 2021. Marten has focused on lowering tractor count for improved utilization and recently sold its intermodal unit to Hub Group.
