Salesforce has agreed to acquire Regrello, a company focusing on AI-driven solutions for business processes. Regrello’s technology converts data into workflows, enhancing Salesforce’s automation capabilities. The integration with Agentforce and Slack platforms aims to streamline tasks for clients. The deal is set to be finalized in Salesforce’s third fiscal quarter of 2026.
Regrello CEO Aman Naimat believes joining Salesforce will bring agentic process automation to more organizations, revolutionizing work practices. The acquisition, financed with cash reserves, won’t affect Salesforce’s fiscal year guidance or capital return program. President Steve Fisher emphasizes the need for agile processes to improve business efficiency and customer value delivery.
In addition to the Regrello acquisition, Salesforce previously announced a deal with Informatica for around $8bn in equity. Informatica’s cloud data management services are expected to further enhance Salesforce’s capabilities in data cataloguing, integration, governance, and more. The company continues to expand its offerings to provide comprehensive solutions for businesses.
