Scout24 SE reported a 13 percent increase in second-quarter profit, with revenue rising 15 percent. Net income for the quarter was 39.0 million euros, up from 34.4 million euros a year ago. Adjusted net income was 62.6 million euros. Group revenue for the period increased by 15.1 percent to 160.6 million euros. The company raised its outlook for the year, expecting revenue growth of 14-15 percent and an increase in the EBITDA margin. Scout24’s Board upgraded its guidance for fiscal 2025, anticipating stronger results based on the first half of the year.
