Skyworks Solutions Inc. has appointed Philip Carter as senior vice president and CFO, effective September 8, 2025. Carter joins from AMD, where he was VP and chief accounting officer. He previously served as Skyworks’ VP and principal accounting officer and spent over eight years at Broadcom Inc., where he transformed the accounting organization. Carter began his career at Ernst & Young, LLP.
