Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. has acquired HVMVLV, LLC, a provider of electrical control and distribution equipment. CEO Bill Zartler stated that the acquisition enhances their offering and opens up new markets. HVMVLV was a strategic partner of Solaris and existing management will stay with the company.
