Soybean futures are experiencing slight losses on Tuesday after a decrease on Monday. Cash bean prices rose 2 1/4 cents to $9.75 1/2. Soybean conditions remain at 68% good/excellent. The ProFarmer Crop Tour began in Ohio and South Dakota, showing promising pod counts above last year’s and 3-year averages.

Export inspections revealed a total of 473,605 MT of soybeans shipped last week, up 16.6% from the previous year. Egypt, Mexico, and Taiwan were the top buyers. Yearly shipments are 11.6% higher than last year. Sep 25 soybeans closed at $10.20 3/4, down 1 1/2 cents with nearby cash down 2 1/4 cents.

Nov 25 soybeans closed at $10.41 1/4, down 1 1/4 cents, while Jan 26 soybeans closed at $10.60, down 1 1/2 cents. New Crop Cash was $9.66 3/4, down 2 3/4 cents. Austin Schroeder had no positions in securities mentioned. Check out more details on Barchart.com.
