The Dow is set for its first record close since Dec. 4, up 251 points or 0.6%. It could surpass its current closing high of 45,014.04. The Nasdaq Composite, with 20 closing highs this year, was down 0.8%. The S&P 500 also dipped 0.1%, as Wall Street sold some of this year’s biggest winners.
