Chinese data center operator Vnet (NASDAQ: VNET) saw a 14% jump in stock price post-earnings, outperforming the S&P 500. Jefferies raised the price target to $25.13 per ADS and maintained a buy recommendation, citing strong revenue and EBITDA growth in the second quarter. Vnet’s overall revenue grew by 22% to 2.43 billion yuan ($339 million) with adjusted EBITDA rising by 28% to 733 million yuan ($102 million). Analysts believe Vnet is well-positioned to benefit from the AI trend and further expansion in the data center sector.
