Zoom Communications Inc. shares surged after a strong forecast, with revenue projected to hit $4.83 billion and profit between $5.81 to $5.84 per share. The videoconferencing platform saw a rise in corporate customers despite consumer declines. Shares jumped 13% to $82.47 in New York, the biggest gain since August 2024. Fiscal second-quarter enterprise sales increased to $730.7 million, with 4,274 customers contributing over $100,000 each. The company’s AI assistant feature now has “millions” of monthly active users. Revenue grew 4.7% to $1.22 billion, with profit at $1.53 a share. Analysts expect revenue growth to remain around 3% annually for the next two years.
