Basketball fans watching on Prime Video can now track wagers through an expanded partnership with FanDuel, the exclusive odds provider for the NBA and WNBA on Prime. Users can link their FanDuel accounts to Prime Video profiles to monitor bets in real time, with a new feature called OddsView updating odds, lines, probabilities, moneylines, spreads, and game props for all NBA games on Amazon Prime Video. Former LA Clipper Blake Griffin will serve as an analyst for NBA on Prime and will also work as an ambassador for FanDuel’s NBA offering. Amazon’s collaboration with FanDuel is exclusive to the NBA and WNBA, with the 2025 NBA season set to tip off on October 21. In addition to the national game package, Amazon will provide regional sports networks rebranded as FanDuel Sports Networks through Prime Video. The integration of sports, streaming, and betting has been on the rise, with betting odds becoming a standard part of game broadcasts and the shift to streaming allowing for greater integration on living room screens. ESPN recently launched its direct-to-consumer streaming service, integrating relevant ESPN fantasy stats and bets made using ESPN BET in legal online wagering states. NBCUniversal also entered into a multi-year advertising deal with DraftKings, another major sports betting platform.
