Medá will operate independently, focusing on peso transactions and connecting financial systems with the digital asset market, monitored by Mexican regulators. Binance aims for Medá to lead in financial technology, offering affordable services for Mexicans. The company also emphasizes education initiatives through Binance Academy. Binance holds licenses in 22 countries and signed an agreement with the Kyrgyz Republic for Binance Pay. The expansion in Mexico aims to establish the country as a fintech hub.
