BlackRock’s Chief Investment Officer, Rick Rieder, suggests an “ideal” investment portfolio should include hard assets like gold and Bitcoin. Rieder advises a 5% maximum allocation to Bitcoin, while BlackRock’s Global Allocation Fund holds 3 to 5% in gold. The world’s largest asset manager previously recommended a 1-2% Bitcoin allocation. A report by Franklin Templeton highlights Bitcoin’s correlation with the Nasdaq, overshadowing its link to gold. BTC is currently priced at $112,351.
