Campbell’s Co announced plans to eliminate synthetic dyes from their products by fiscal 2026, in response to consumer and health concerns. The company will transition to natural colors like annatto and purple carrot juice. Despite tariffs impacting profits, Campbell’s expects sales to exceed expectations, boosting shares by 4%.

CEO Mick Beekhuizen stated that Campbell’s will phase out artificial dyes by the second half of fiscal 2026, with the goal of improving consumer health. The company plans to offset the impact of tariffs through price increases and cost savings, as they navigate challenges from trade policies and changing consumer preferences.
