The number of crypto millionaires surged 40% to 241,700, with 450 centimillionaires and 36 billionaires in 2025. Institutional adoption and US-based ETF inflows have increased, with Bitcoin millionaires seeing a 70% rise. Despite the growth, total crypto user adoption only increased by 5% to 590 million.

US-based spot Bitcoin ETF inflows rose to $60.6 billion in 2025, while spot Ether ETF inflows quadrupled to $13.4 billion. Investment advisory firms and hedge fund managers increased their holdings, with brokerage and private equity firms also boosting their positions.

Henley found the US, Singapore, and Hong Kong as top destinations for crypto migration. Switzerland and the UAE followed in the Crypto Adoption Index. Smaller countries like Costa Rica, El Salvador, and Greece are also attracting digital asset investors with strategies in place.
