Descartes Systems Group Inc. reported record revenues and income from operations for Q2FY26, with revenues reaching $179.8 million, a 10% increase from the same period in fiscal 2025. For the six-month period ended July 31, 2025 (1HFY26), Descartes saw revenues of $348.6 million, up 11% from the previous year. Cash provided by operating activities increased by 19% compared to 1HFY25. Net income for 1HFY26 was $74.3 million, a 7% increase from 1HFY25, with earnings per diluted share at $0.85, up 6%.
Descartes also announced the acquisitions of PackageRoute and Finale, totaling approximately $41.9 million. The company’s cash position at the end of Q2FY26 was $240.6 million. The acquisitions are expected to enhance Descartes’ cloud-based inventory management and final-mile carrier solutions offerings.
