DoorDash and Kroger are expanding their grocery delivery partnership, starting Oct. 1. DoorDash will deliver from Kroger’s 2,700 U.S. stores, marking a significant move for both companies. Yael Cosset, Kroger’s chief digital officer, believes this will bring new customers to Kroger and simplify their shopping experience. Prabir Adarkar, DoorDash’s president, views this as a milestone, as Kroger will be the largest grocer available on the DoorDash app. Cincinnati-based Kroger, the largest U.S. grocery chain, operates various brands and also partners with delivery rivals like Instacart and Uber Eats.
