FE fundinfo has acquired AlphaOmega, a Luxembourg firm specializing in regulatory reporting services for investment managers. Antoine Capone will become the general manager of FE fundinfo’s Luxembourg office. The deal will enhance FE fundinfo’s Nexus platform to offer a wider range of regulatory reporting services. The acquisition will double FE fundinfo’s presence in Luxembourg, making it the company’s second-largest office. The combined businesses aim to provide expertise in regulatory reporting and offer support to investment managers.
