Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, has completed the divestiture of its European service operations to TSG, a provider of mobility solutions. This move aligns with Gilbarco Veeder-Root’s strategy to optimize its business portfolio. The divestiture includes service operations in the UK, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. TSG aims to enhance its service capabilities in the Nordics and Baltics, as well as strengthen its European footprint. More than 380 professionals will transition from Gilbarco Veeder-Root to TSG, ensuring service continuity for customers. TSG operates in energy distribution infrastructures for mobility and its sales reached €1.25bn as of April 2025.
