InnoCare Pharma’s HIBRUKA (orelabrutinib) has been approved by the Health Sciences Authority of Singapore for treating adult patients with relapsed or refractory marginal zone lymphoma (R/R MZL). Orelabrutinib is a BTK inhibitor designed for cancer and autoimmune disease treatment. Marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) is a B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma that primarily affects middle-aged and elderly patients. The incidence of MZL is increasing globally, and patients with R/R MZL lack effective treatment options. Orelabrutinib has also been approved in China for various indications, including CLL/SLL and mantle cell lymphoma, covered by China’s National Reimbursement Drug List.
