Jatcorp’s CEO and director Sunny Liang resigns after 18 months, effective immediately. Executive director Dr. Sean Li steps in as CEO until a replacement is found. Liang will assist during his three-month notice period. The company issued a profit warning for the 2025 fiscal year due to revenue declines and impairments, expecting a net loss of A$7.6m to A$8m. Total revenue for 2025 was $34.8m, down 34%.
