Once Upon a Farm, Jennifer Garner’s baby food company, has filed for an IPO with the SEC to list under “OFRM” on the NYSE. Revenue increased by 66% as of Jun. 30, but the company has a history of losses. Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan are joint lead underwriters for the offering.

Founded in 2015 by Cassandra Curtis and Ari Raz, Once Upon a Farm sells organic, non-GMO food for babies and kids. Their products include refrigerated pouches, oat bars, frozen meals, and pantry snacks. Garner, a co-founder, shares about her family farm in Oklahoma on her Instagram.

Their best-selling Dairy-Free Smoothie Variety Pack retails for $61.50. The company’s mission is to provide nutritious and convenient food for babies and children of all ages. Once Upon a Farm did not immediately respond to a request for comment on their upcoming IPO.
