Lineage, Inc. reported a net loss of $6 million for the first quarter, a significant improvement from $68 million in the same period last year. Funds from operations were $91 million, up from $22 million, while adjusted funds from operations were $211 million. Total revenues increased slightly to $1.35 billion. Analysts predict a loss of $0.08 per share on revenue of $1.37 billion for the year. The company revised its fiscal 2025 outlook, now expecting adjusted EBITDA of $1.29 billion to $1.34 billion and AFFO of $3.20 to $3.40 per share, lower than previous estimates.
