US-based Mama’s Creations acquires local meat products manufacturer Crown I Enterprises for $17.5m in cash, partially funded by a $27.4m credit facility. The deal is expected to boost Mama’s Creations’ revenue by 40%, reaching $1 billion by 2030. Around 200 Crown employees will join Mama’s Creations.
The acquisition includes Crown’s upgraded 42,000ft2 production facility in New York and is part of Mama’s Creations’ strategy to become a national deli-prepared foods company. The company has been expanding through M&A, with revenue projected to grow by at least 20% to $34m in the second quarter of fiscal 2026.
Mama’s Creations, previously known as MamaMancini’s Holdings, has rebranded to reflect its evolution. The company aims to broaden its customer reach and enhance its production capabilities with the acquisition of Crown I Enterprises. The deal is a strategic move towards achieving its revenue goals.
