Overall, H1 2025 revenues excluding excise duties were €86.6m, an 8.5% decrease from H1 2024, mainly due to sluggish business in France. France Cluster EBITDA declined to €3.7m in H1 2025, while the International Cluster EBITDA increased to €4.7m. Group EBITDA was impacted by lower holding company income. Net profit (Group share) for H1 2025 was €2.6m, down from €6.5m in H1 2024. Shareholders’ equity stood at €214.8m at June 30, 2025, with net cash at €43.8m. Inventory and work-in-progress increased to €51.9m. The Group is focused on profitable growth and strengthening its presence in key markets amid global trade tensions and inflation in spirit prices. Efforts are being made to preserve financial performance and reach agreements with customers for sustainable recovery.
