Monopar Therapeutics Inc. will present new data on the long-term neurological efficacy and safety of ALXN1840 for Wilson disease at the American Neurological Association Annual Meeting. The analysis included pooled efficacy outcomes from three clinical trials and safety data from a fourth trial, with a median treatment duration of 2.6 years. The findings show sustained neurological improvement, crossover benefits, and consistent neurological benefits across multiple studies. ALXN1840 also demonstrated a favorable safety profile with less than 1% of patients experiencing drug-related neurological serious adverse events. The results are encouraging for Wilson disease patients.
