Morgan Stanley is merging Global Energy and Global Power and Utilities into a new Global Power and Energy Group to adapt to the changing energy landscape. The group will be led by Jon Fouts and Michael O’Dwyer, with Eddie Mannheimer and Ryan Synnott leading North America investment banking. Francesco Puletti and Mutlu Guner will head Europe, Middle East, and Africa operations. Morgan Stanley declined to comment.
