Black Rock Coffee Bar (BRCB) went public on the Nasdaq, opening at $26.50 per share after offering 14.7 million shares at $20 each. The company raised $294 million and has 158 locations, with 75% having a lobby. CEO Mark Davis cites Dutch Brothers as a competitive advantage, with 10.9% increase in same-store sales in Q2.

Black Rock Coffee Bar is the first coffee chain to go public since Dutch Bros in September 2021. Recent IPOs include Legence (LGN), Figure Technology, Klarna (KLAR), and Gemini (GEMI). Other IPOs earlier this year include Chime (CHYM), Circle (CRCL), Figma (FIG), eToro (ETOR), and Bullish (BLSH).
