Government IT services provider SAIC reported a 2.7% decrease in revenue to $1.77 billion in Q2 CY2025, missing analyst estimates by 5.1%. However, their non-GAAP profit of $3.63 per share exceeded expectations by 62.3%. Full-year revenue guidance was decreased to $7.29 billion from $7.68 billion. Analysts expect a 3.7% revenue growth over the next year. SAIC’s operating margin remained stable at 7.9%. EPS grew at a 12.4% CAGR over the past five years, with Q2 EPS reaching $3.63, up from $2.05 the previous year. Despite this, shares traded down 1.9% post-results.
