Skanska AB has secured a $73 million contract to build a performing arts center for Longwood University in Virginia. The project involves demolishing the Bristow building and constructing a new 6,000 square meter facility, including music teaching spaces, rehearsal areas, offices, and a 500-seat concert hall. Construction started in August and is expected to finish by April 2028.
