Soybean prices are down 5 to 6 cents on Wednesday, with 15 deliveries reported overnight. Cash bean price is at $9.48, soymeal futures down $3 to $4.70, and soy oil futures steady to 32 points higher. September soybean meal deliveries reported at 8, with 87 for bean oil.

Crop Production report expected to show a 0.3 bpa drop to yield at 53.3 bpa on average. Production estimated at 4.271 bbu, with ending stocks for 2024/25 seen at 328 mbu. New crop stocks are forecasted at 288 mbu.

Brazil soybean exports estimated at 7.43 MMT, up 0.68 MMT from last week’s estimate. Soybean prices as of September 25: Sep 25 Soybeans at $10.09 3/4, Nearby Cash at $9.48, Nov 25 Soybeans at $10.25 3/4, and Jan 26 Soybeans at $10.45 1/4.
