French conglomerate Groupe Bernard Hayot’s spirits branch, Spiribam, acquires majority stake in French vodka brand Le Philtre’s parent company, Alcools de Luxe. The deal’s value remains undisclosed, with the brand’s co-founders retaining a minority stake. Spiribam plans to integrate Le Philtre into its global network and leverage marketing expertise to support growth.

Le Philtre, known for its organic wheat vodka, will benefit from Spiribam’s commercial and marketing resources. Co-founders will remain involved in creative and strategic roles, guided by Spiribam’s strong values and vision. Spiribam aims to expand Le Philtre’s reach both domestically and internationally, with a focus on affordability and consumer engagement.

Spiribam owns popular brands like Rhum Clément and Chairman’s Reserve, and recently acquired liqueur brand Joseph Carton. Le Philtre, founded in 2020, specializes in organic wheat vodka produced in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France. Sold in nine countries and available in 300 points of sale in France, Spiribam plans to accelerate Le Philtre’s growth through strategic pricing and market expansion.
