The Nasdaq Composite rebounded to trade higher, up 0.4%, joining the S&P 500 and Dow in positive territory. The S&P 500 saw a 0.6% increase, while the Dow surged nearly 366 points, or 0.8%. However, the indexes lost momentum after a drop in the University of Michigan’s consumer sentiment index from 58.2 to 55.1 in September.
