Vend Marketplaces ASA has signed a binding agreement to sell its financial services marketplace, Lendo Group, to Clar Global AB. The enterprise value of the transaction is approximately NOK 1 billion. The completion is expected in the first quarter of 2026. Vend follows a disciplined capital allocation strategy and plans to return surplus cash to shareholders over time. Details on the distribution of proceeds from the Lendo divestment will be provided later. Vend Marketplaces closed trading 2.02% lower at NOK 377.40 on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
