Wall Street’s Cantor Fitzgerald launched the Cantor Fitzgerald Gold Protected Bitcoin Fund, offering investors exposure to Bitcoin’s gains with gold’s downside protection. The fund aims to minimize short-term volatility and correlation spikes while benefiting from Bitcoin’s long-term growth. Global Head Bill Ferri emphasized the importance of timing and protection in today’s market.

Bitcoin, the largest digital asset, was trading at under $112,182, up 1% in the past 24 hours and 20% year-to-date. Despite recent volatility, experts predict less volatility with the approval of spot Bitcoin ETFs. Bitcoin’s historic price fluctuations continue, with analysts believing the current up cycle is far from over.

Gold hit a new high near $3,680 per ounce, up 37% year-to-date, amid economic concerns. Cantor Fitzgerald has shown early support for Bitcoin, providing custody services for Tether’s USDT stablecoin. Former chairman and CEO Howard Lutnick, now U.S. Commerce Secretary, has been an advocate for digital assets.
