West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. has increased the size of its bought-deal financing to issue 32,632,000 common shares at a price of C$0.95 per share, raising gross proceeds of C$31,000,400. An additional 3,760,000 charity flow-through shares will also be offered at C$1.33 per share, bringing total gross proceeds to $36,001,200. The underwriter, Raymond James Ltd., has an option to purchase up to 15% more shares. The offering will fund the Company’s flagship Madsen Gold Mine in Ontario’s Red Lake district, known for its rich gold deposits. The securities are not registered in the United States.
