The Dow fluctuated on Monday due to struggles among heavy hitters. Despite an initial rise of over 100 points, the index was mostly flat in the afternoon. The S&P 500 was up 0.3% and the Nasdaq Composite up 0.8%. 13 of 30 Dow stocks were up, with 12 high-priced stocks dragging it down.
