Abivax SA presented positive Phase 3 trial results for obefazimod in treating ulcerative colitis at the UEG Meeting. The 50mg dose achieved a 16.4% clinical remission rate at Week 8, meeting primary and secondary endpoints. Both trials included refractory patients, with no new safety signals and low rates of adverse events. No serious infections or malignancies were reported among the 1,272 enrolled patients.
